The platform commission is 10% during the limited launch offer. Payment providers may charge separate transaction fees. Any future platform fee will be announced before it takes effect. Seller earnings become available according to the applicable delivery, dispute and withdrawal rules
Sellers must describe listings accurately and deliver within the stated period. Buyers must inspect the delivered order and report genuine problems through the platform. Refunds may be granted when an item is not delivered, materially differs from its description, is invalid or violates platform rules. Fraud, false disputes, chargeback abuse and communication intended to bypass the platform are prohibited
